Denika Spadafora


Denika is the founder of SU, a certified yoga instructor, and life coach. She teaches a variety of yoga styles but specializes in yoga sculpt flows that incorporate strength and pilates movements into a traditional yoga flow!

Alicia Kientz


Alicia is the faith director at SU and has a masters degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She creates our faith content (bible studies, daily devotionals, etc.) and loves teaching about how our faith can help our mental and emotional health!

Rachel Peterson


Rachel’s teaching style focuses on giving clear cues so that you can practice with proper form and make the most of your time on the mat- whether it’s a mellow practice or a strength building flow!

Alex Cade


Alex is a yoga instructor and doula. She specializes in a gentle, vinyasa flow where you’ll practice mindfulness, intuitive movement, and slowing down. Her prenatal classes are similar, but incorporate specific movements to help prep mothers for healthy pregnancies and births!

Monica Hsu


Monica is a skilled yoga instructor with 6 years of teaching experience and specializes in Power Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She is passionate about making all bodies feel welcomed by offering plenty of posture options and encouraging you to find what feels best. You will leave her class feeling strong, refreshed, and relaxed!

Emily Frederick


Emily is a barre instructor with 6 years of teaching experience. She focuses on intentional movement in her classes and building strength through small movements. Low impact fitness has been instrumental in Emily’s personal health journey and she’s passionate about sharing her love of barre with others!

Tonya Wetzel


Tonya is a 500-hour RYT who teaches a variety of yoga styles. Her favorite practices include breath prayer flows, hands-free yoga, and creative vinyasa. When not on her yoga mat teaching or practicing, you’ll find her hiking and exploring the great outdoors, curling up with a book, or volunteering at the animal shelter.
